By accessing and using the Website, using the Services, any user (hereinafter referred to as defined as "User") agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, is required not to access the Website and use any Services.
The Website and the Services are not intended for minors under the legal age. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state of residence.
1. Services
1.1. CDRjobs allows User to access on the Website, free of charge, job listings available in the carbon dioxide removal industry.
1.2. User can use the integrated search engine to filter job listings based on criteria such as location, sector, contract type, and more.
1.3 Each job listing will have basic information about the open position within employers, such as the type of open position, the name of the company, its size and location, salary range and other information that may be displayed on the Website from time to time.
1.4 Users will be able to click on the link of the relevant job listing on the Website and access the website of the company offering the job and submit his/her application.
1.5 CDRjobs is not an employment agency and does not act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers.
2. Newsletter
2.1 The Website offers a section in which the User can release his data to receive a periodic free newsletter containing the job listings available in the carbon dioxide removal industry.
2.2 . The frequency of the newsletter shall be twice a month.
3. Use of the Website
3.1. The Website must not be used for fraudulent, illegal purposes or to transmit defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful contents that infringes the rights of third parties.
3.2. The User agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the Website's systems or compromise its security through hacking, phishing, or other technical means.
3.3. Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of the Services and access to the Website and may be prosecuted legally.
4. Contents and Intellectual Property Rights

4.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, CDRjobs grants User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to access Website, job listing and content, text, images, logos, software, and designs related to the Website and the Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contents") solely for personal, non-commercial use of the User. The User cannot copy, scrape or reproduce the Contents for any scope or purpose different from the scope and purpose of these Terms without written authorization of CDRJobs.
4.3 Any other use, even partial, of the Services, Contents and IP Rights is forbidden without the prior written authorization of CDRJobs, in favour of which all related rights are reserved.
4.4 Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of the Services and access to the Website and may be prosecuted legally.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Website is provided 'as is' and 'as available' for use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, regarding its functionality, availability, or the accuracy of the information provided. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that the use of the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
5.2 CDRjobs makes no representations or warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, (i) with respect to the Services, including but not limited to your ability or inability to use the Services; (ii) any errors published in relation to the Services, including, without limitation, any typographical errors, printing, errors of description, errors in these terms or any content; (iii) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, termination, or modification of the Services; (iv) human error; (v) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Services, any software, or internet connectivity; (vi) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of third party; (vii) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or destroyed correspondence.
5.3 User expressly agree that the use of the Service is at his sole risk.
5.4 CDRjobs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website, including loss of data or profits, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
5.5 CDRjobs shall not be liable for the content of the job listing and does not guarantee that jobs are real and available at the time of publication of the job listings on the Website.

6.1 Third-party links on this Website may direct you to third-party website that that are not owned or operated by CDRjobs .
6.2 We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or sites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties accessible from third party links.
6.3 Please review carefully the third party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party website and contents should be directed to the third-party.
7. Modifications to the Terms
7.1. CDRjobs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon the publication on the Website.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
